Coupons

How do I redeem my Coupons?

Once you have added a product to the cart’, you will be prompted to enter your coupon code and then you will need to select the button APPLY COUPON. Your Coupon will be applied to your order and you will have the option to checkout via Paypal Express or Proceed to Checkout.

Where can I find the code to redeem my coupon?

Coupon codes are usually emailed to existing customers and promoted on facebook. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email or like our facebook page.

Can I use my phone or mobile device to redeem my coupon?

You can absolutely redeem your coupon through our mobile site. However, for the best experience, we do recommend using our full website from a computer/laptop or tablet.

Can I combine my coupon with a sale on your website?

Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers. We can only accept one coupon code per order.

Why is your website saying my coupon code is invalid?

Please check to make sure there was not a typo error when you entered your code and check the offer code has not expired. You may be able to copy and paste the code from an email or from your coupon to the website coupon box to ensure accuracy. How do I redeem my expired voucher?

If your coupon has expired, it can no longer be used.

 


Delivery & Shipping

When will my order ship?

ALL of our items are made to order! Your order is shipped as each piece is completed, so it is possible that each item will ship separately. If you have multiple items on the order, they may ship in different boxes on different days. During November and December, our orders may take up to 1 week before shipping. If you need your canvas wall art guaranteed to arrive by a certain date please let us know before ordering.

Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes! Once the order is completed you will receive an email. When the product is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the delivery company. Copy and paste the tracking code into their website and you can view when it will be delivered, depending on what delivery company it is you may be able to change delivery times to when it suits you the customer.

United Kingdom & Ireland

We ship using DHL 1-3 day service.

Europe

We ship using 3-7 working day service.

Rest of the World

We ship using 7-10 working day service.

What Are Your Shipping Rates?

On the cart page you will see calculate shipping after you have added a product. Enter your country and update totals, this will give you the cost of shipping.

What if I’m shipping my canvas internationally?

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

How Do You Package Your Canvases?

Motorsport Canvas Art comes packaged securely in our custom made shipping boxes, designed specifically to cradle your canvas and prevent damage during travel. Your order is shipped as each piece is completed, so it is possible that each item will ship separately. If you have multiple items on the order, they may ship in different boxes on different days.

We are excited to hear from you! We have two main ways that you can contact us.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Click the “Trolley” button at the bottom right corner of your product or on the product page click the ADD to Cart button.  Then follow the easy step-by-step instructions. If you have a coupon code, please make sure to enter your code when prompted during the first step of the order process.

Canvas Wall Art

What goes on the sides of my canvas?

Unlike photographs, canvases are three-dimensional. The sides of your canvas will be an extension of your image. The image wrap allows the edges of your image to continue onto the sides of your canvas..

What if I want my canvas framed?

Sorry but we don’t offer this service at this time.

How do I hang my canvas?

Hanging hardware comes installed on each canvas we send out, along with a hook for your wall. Please make sure your hook is fastened securely to the wall.

What size can my canvas be?

We make one size, 36”x24” (91.5x61cm). If there is enough requests for different sizes we will look at this in the future.

What currency do you use?

Custom Canvas FAQ

What size can my canvas be?

What is the difference between a Custom Canvas and other Canvases sold through your website?

All canvas prints are designed and printed to the same high quality and size. The only difference is that our Custom Canvases allow you to provide a photograph for the artwork to be based on.

What size of photograph should I provide for my custom canvas?

High resolution photos will give better results. Please provide a clear and sharp photograph with a resolution of at least 2580×1140 pixels or higher in jpeg format. If your uploaded image is not of sufficient printing quality, then we will reject your order.

Can I make a request regarding my custom canvas?

Yes! We accept basic requests such as orientation (Horizontal or Portrait), main colour theme, and custom text. Please send us an email after you place your order. Include your Order ID and date of order.

What if I want my canvas framed?

Canvas Materials and Care

What is the canvas made of?

All of our motorsport art canvases are made from our Premium Gallery Wrap canvas material. This is our artist grade 380gsm canvas and is stretched over an internal stretcher bar frame. The canvas comes with hanging hardware already attached so that it’s ready to hang right out of the box!

Can it go outside?

Our Premium Gallery Wraps are only recommended for indoor, climate controlled environments. We do not recommend hanging them outdoors or where there may be any exposure to the elements. The backing of the canvas should never be exposed directly to water.

Can I put this in a sunroom?

Yes, our Premium canvas wraps can be displayed in an enclosed sunroom as long as they will not be directly exposed to sunlight or weather elements..

Can I put a frame on this canvas?

Premium Gallery Wrap canvases do not have the option to add a frame.

What is your return policy?

Returns will not be accepted unless we have been notified in advance and within 7 days of receipt of goods, by emailing info@motorsportart.gallery or telephoning +44 (0)28 3839 3184.
